Verma Digital builds software, AI applications and interfaces for companies that want to improve their operations and make better use of the knowledge they already have. The focus is on concrete tasks: less manual work in sales, purchasing and engineering, more accessible information, and solutions that work with existing systems.
This includes, for example, knowledge assistants for technical documentation, automated processes and applications that bring together data from IT and OT systems. We start from the actual workflow, clarify the technical requirements and build the solution through to productive use.
Behind Verma Digital are seven years of software development in industrial environments at Siemens and experience with more than 15 systems in productive use. That experience shapes our work: solid software engineering, an understanding of industrial processes and a clear sense of what needs to run reliably on the shop floor.

Arjan spent seven years at Siemens building software for industrial applications. There he learned how IT systems, industrial data and processes work together — and what it takes for software to run reliably on the shop floor.
Today, at Verma Digital, he builds AI applications, automations and custom software for companies. He accompanies projects from the first technical idea through architecture and development to integration with existing systems, working hands-on on the implementation himself.
His focus is on making AI usable for concrete tasks: making knowledge from documents and data accessible, evaluating information and supporting recurring work steps. To do this, he connects AI models with a company's data, applications and processes. Where a simple automation is enough, he uses it. Where more is needed, he builds the right software and makes sure it is secure, maintainable and can be operated reliably in the long run.
Alongside his project work, Arjan lectures on IT architecture management at IU and runs workshops on AI and software development, combining hands-on development experience with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
